Shipping Transit Times:
- Flat Rate Shipping: 4-10 Business Days
- Free Shipping: (special promotions or orders above $100) 4-10 Business Days
- UPS Ground: 2-5 Business Days (Order by 7am EST, M-F)
- UPS 2nd Day Ground: 2 Business Days (Order by 7am EST, M-F)
- UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day (Order by 7am EST, M-F)
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and Federal Holidays. Orders must be placed before 7am Eastern Standard Time M-F to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 7am EST M-F will not ship until the next business day. KH Sports Fan does not typically ship orders on non-business days.
KH Sports Fan understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact Customer Service.
Single Order with Multiple Shipments
Please note, if your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and arrive in different packages on different dates. There is no extra charge for split shipments (some exclusions apply).
Tracking Your Order
To track your order, click the Track My Order link at the top of your Shipping Confirmation email. Enter the tracking number and your e-mail address in the area provided.

*Shipping times are based on orders placed before 7am EST Monday through Friday. Food items, and heavy or bulky items are not eligible for flat rate shipping. Some items require additional freight charges, which is noted on the product. Items requiring additional shipping charges are not eligible for free shipping offers, and will ship ground only. Regrettably, at this time KH Sports Fan is unable to ship to addresses outside the United States, including foreign APO, DPO or FPO addresses.
Delivery Service options for contiguous US only. For shipping to AK/HI, Basic Shipping only, please allow 3-4 weeks.
CANCELING ORDERS
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it.
